The Challenge
In May 2021, I joined Pattern as a User Experience Intern. At the beginning of my internship, I was tasked with gathering data to determine the ideal streamlined and scalable solution that connects pattern employees, brand owners, product managers in their respective parts of the on-offboarding processes onto Predict and translating that data into design implications.
